I delivered the eulogies for both of my parents.
Byron Rothhouse ~ Died January 7, 2004
Betty Rothhouse ~ Died November 4, 2006
My cousin Peggy recently asked me to deliver a eulogy for my uncle who passed away at the age of 95. I told her that I had so hoped to be out of the “eulogy business”. She said that long ago someone had advised her “if you don’t want to pour the coffee, be sure to spill it on someone.” So, one more eulogy.
Jesse Lehman ~ Died September 16, 2010
Tip: It helps to put events in context when writing a eulogy. Google is extremely helpful in filling in the gaps in your memory. I had vivid childhood memories but no idea of when they occurred until I checked Google.
